Need your cookies by a specific date? Please contact us prior to or at time of placing your order. We'll do everything we can to ensure your cookies arrive on time for that special occasion.
Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address and contact information. If your contact details are incorrect, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss of goods.
Now we know you're excited to get your hands on our scrumptious treats, so we'll get them to you asap. Allow 2-3 working days for us to handcraft, safely package, and send out your order. We ship orders from Monday through Thursday, ensuring your freshly made goodies won't languish in a postal depot over the weekend.
Your order will be shipped via Express Post with Australia Post. Typically, it takes between 1-3 business days from the time it's dispatched to reach your doorstep.
We charge a flat rate of $16 AUD for each order via our online store.
All orders are sent via Express Post with Australia Post and usually take between 1-3 business days after it is sent to be delivered.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
