Non-returnable Goods

As all our goods are perishable, refunds or exchanges are not accepted once the order has been delivered.


If you have any issues with your order you must contact Funky Monkey Cookies within 12 hours of receiving your delivery. It is at the discretion of Funky Monkey Cookies to decide if you are eligible to receive a refund or exchange.

 


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


 

Refunds

In the event that you are eligible for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
