Where do you deliver?
We deliver all over Australia. Businesses, homes, PO boxes - we've got you covered. Just give us any special instructions at checkout.
All orders are shipped with Auspost Express Post.
What days do you send deliveries?
Monday through Thursday, we're on it like butter on toast. We don't want our freshly made treats sitting in a postal depot over the weekend.
Can you deliver by a specific date?
Generally, we can arrange delivery for a specific date. However, to ensure everything goes smoothly, it's always a great idea to reach out to us before placing your order. This way, we can confirm the availability and make sure your cookies arrive on that special day as you intend.
How long until my order is sent out?
We know you're excited to get your hands on our scrumptious treats, so we'll get them to you asap. Allow 2-3 business days for us to make, pack, and send out your order.
Can I add a note to my order?
Absolutely. Leave a message for your recipient in the notes section at checkout.
What's your return/refund policy?
Because our cookies are perishable, we can't accept returns. But if there's any problem with your order, let us know ASAP and we'll make it right.
Can I track my order?
You sure can. We’ll send you tracking details once your order is shipped so you can watch those cookies make their way to you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changed your mind? No problem. If you need to change or cancel your order, just let us know within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and EFT through our secure checkout—easy and hassle-free.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
We currently ship only within Australia, but we’re always thinking big—international deliveries could be on the horizon. Stay tuned.

Our cookies are baked fresh and come with a best-before date of 14 days. Store them in a cool, dry spot to keep them delicious, or freeze them for up to 3 months if you want to save some for later.

Each Funky Monkey Cookie is individually sealed in its own bag to keep it fresh, safe, and delicious. Whether you’re ordering for yourself, sending a gift, or stocking up for an event, your cookies will arrive neatly packed in a sturdy Funky Monkey box that’s ready to impress. We even offer optional custom labels for birthdays, events, or corporate gifts—because cookies should look as good as they taste.
How big are the cookies?
Our cookies are generously sized, measuring almost 11cm in diameter. We believe in giving you a delightful treat that's not only scrumptious but also satisfyingly substantial. See our size guide.
Do you offer vegan/dairy-free/gluten-friendly options?
We currently have gluten-free cookies which are so tasty, you won't even know they're gluten-free. Sorry, no vegan or dairy-free options yet.
How do I store my cookies?
Keep your Funky Monkey Cookies fresh by storing them in a cool, dry area for up to 14 days.
Our cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months.
Want to heat them up for some extra gooey goodness?
Pop them in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Add a scoop of ice cream to take them to the next level.
What if I have a food allergy?
While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, our cookies are made in a facility that handles nuts and dairy. If you’ve got any specific concerns, get in touch and we are happy to help.
